- 9 oz Water; (up to 10)
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 tb Honey
- 1 1/2 tb Molasses
- 3 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 1 tb Vital gluten
- 2 ts Active dry yeast
Use whole wheat setting.
