15-Minute Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo
- 8 oz cream cheese -- cubed
- 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter -- softened
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 8 oz fettucine -- cooked &
- : drained
- 1/8 ts fresh grated nutmeg
- In a large saucepan, stir together the cream cheese, parmesan, butter, and
- cream. Heat, stirring, until smooth. Add hot, cooked fettuccini, and toss
- until well covered. Serve immediately, sprinkled with nutmeg.
- NOTES : Margarine, and milk can be substituted for the butter and cream for

1 Keebler ready crust graham
-- cracker pie crust
1 cn Smucker's strawberry topping
1 pk Smucker's chocolate sundae
-- syrup
1/4 c Chopped nuts
Whipped topping or non-dairy
-- whipped topping

In a mixing bowl, stir slightly softened ice cream until smooth. Spoon the
ice cream into the pie crust and cover with the inverted plastic lid. Place
pie in freezer for several hours, until hard.
TO SERVE: Remove pie from freezer and let stand for 10 minutes to soften.
Spoon Smucker's Strawberry Topping onto serving plate. Cut pie and palce
slice on plate. Garnish generously with Smucker's Chocolate Sundae Syrup,
and other toppings as desired. Return unused portion to freezer.
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
