6 Week Muffins
- 1 Box (15-oz) raisin bran; or
- -any bran flakes
- 3 c Sugar
- 5 c Flour
- 5 ts Baking soda
- 2 ts Salt
- 1 c Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 qt Buttermilk mix

Bake at 400 degreees for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen. I use regular
buttermilk not the mix. You can add extra buttermilk if you have it, I do
sometimes.
