7 Layer Salad

  • 1 lg Head of iceberg lettuce;
  • -rinsed & dried, torn in
  • -pieces
  • 1 lb Fresh spinach; rinsed &
  • -dried, torn in pieces
  • 1 pk (10-12-oz) frozen peas
  • 1 lg Red onion; chopped
  • 8 Eggs; hard cooked
  • 1 lb Bacon; fried & crumbled
  • 2 c Real mayonnaise
  • 8 oz Sour cream
  • 1 pk Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Layer first six ingredients in large salad bowl in the order given. Mix
together mayonnaise, sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing; spread on
top of 6 layers. Refrigerate over night. Do not toss until ready to serve.
