7-Up Cake
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 1 Box instant pudding;
- -vanilla or pineapple
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 c Oil
- 1 cn (10 oz) or 1 1/4 c. 7-Up
------------------------------PINEAPPLE ICING------------------------------
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
1 Stick melted margarine
1 c Crushed pineapple including
-juice
1 1/4 c Coconut

Beat first four ingredients until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat
well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350
degrees. While cake is baking, make Pineapple icing: Blend first five
ingredients and cook until thick, then add coconut. Frost cake while it is
still warm.
