Almond-Blue Cheese Balls
- 1/2 lb Cream Cheese
- 1/2 lb Blue Cheese
- A Little Fresh Cream; as
- -necessary
- 1 tb Onion; grated
- 1 1/2 tb Fresh Parsley; chopped
- 1 1/2 tb Chives; chopped
- 1 1/2 tb Chutney; drained-chopped
- Salt And Pepper; to taste
- Almonds; chopped
Blend and form in little individual balls adding drops of fresh cream to
adjust consistency of mixture. Roll in chopped almond and chill. Source:
