Almond-Blue Cheese Balls

  • 1/2 lb Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 lb Blue Cheese
  • A Little Fresh Cream; as
  • -necessary
  • 1 tb Onion; grated
  • 1 1/2 tb Fresh Parsley; chopped
  • 1 1/2 tb Chives; chopped
  • 1 1/2 tb Chutney; drained-chopped
  • Salt And Pepper; to taste
  • Almonds; chopped
Blend and form in little individual balls adding drops of fresh cream to
adjust consistency of mixture. Roll in chopped almond and chill. Source:
