Almond-Raspberry Brie

  • 12 oz Brie
  • 2 tb Seedless red raspberry jam
  • 1 tb Chambord or other
  • -raspberry-flavored liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ts Brown sugar
  • 3 tb Almonds; sliced
  • 1 tb Honey
Slice Brie in half horizontally. Place bottom half of Brie on a
microwave-safe serving plate.

Combine jam and Chambord, if desired; spread on cheese, leaving a 1 inch
margin around edge; top with remaining cheese half.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and almonds, and drizzle with honey.

Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or just until soft. Serve immediately with wafer
cookies or gingersnaps.
