Alpine Avocado Dip
- 1 md Avocado; peeled, seeded
- 8 oz Plain Yogurt
- 1 tb Chopped Onions
- 1 ts Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ts Garlic Salt
- 1/4 ts Hot Pepper Sauce
In small bowl, mash avocado. Stir in remaining ingredients (mixture will be
lumpy). Chill thoroughly to blend flavors.
Serve with assorted chips.
Makes 1 1/2 Cups.
