  • 250 g Almonds
  • 250 g Powder sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ts Sugared lemonzest
Peel the almonds. Dry them and grind them (not too finely) together with
the sugar, egg and lemonzest. Leave in a cool place for at least a few days
to 'ripen'.
