Andy Cassoni's Butter Ball Cookies
- 1/2 c Butter
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 c Cake flour
- 1 c Ground walnuts
Cream together butter and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Roll into
balls and bake for 30 minutes in a 325F oven. When warm, roll in
confectioners' sugar and cool. Repeat rolling in sugar.
