Angel Hair Appetizer
- 1 lb Sundried tomatoes -- packed
- In oil
- With 1/4 cup of oil -- from
- Jar
- 1 lb Feta cheese -- crumbled
- 2 bn Fresh cilantro or parsley --
- Coarsely chopped
- 8 oz Angel hair pasta
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta till al dente, the
drain and toss with sauce. Serve warm or cold. Serves 8 as appetizer or
side dish.
