Anita's Italian Herb Bread
- 1 1/2 pound loaf
- 1 1/8 c Buttermilk
- 3 c Bread flour
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 tb Applesauce (oil)
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 ts Dried basil
- 1/4 ts Dried oregano
- 1 1/2 ts Yeast
Crust light. Bake.
