Apple Bread
- 1/2 c Margarine
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 tb Milk
- 2 c Flour
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 c Chopped, peeled apples

4 tb Sugar
2 tb Flour
1 tb Butter, melted
1 ts Cinnamon
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and stir. Sift
together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients in small increments.
Add apples; stir. Pour into greased loaf pan, sprinkle with topping.
To make topping - Melt butter. Combine dry ingredients. Mix well with fork
until crumbly. Bake bread at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until top is firm
when pressed. Serves 8-10.
