Apple Butterscotch Muffins

- 1/3 c Salad oil
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 6 oz Butterscotch chips
- 2 Eggs; beaten
- 1 c Apples; peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 c Milk
Combine flour and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients; add all at once to
