Apple Cake (Flourless)
- 4 Grated apples
- 5 Egg yolks
- 5 ts Sugar
- 8 oz Grated nuts
- Juice of one lemon
- Raisins
- 1 Full tsp.
- Dry yeast
Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully
to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oiled pan.
