Apple Curry Dip
- 1 c Nonfat or low-fat Ricotta
- -cheese
- 1 c Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 ts Curry powder
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1/2 ts Freshly grated nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in blender/processor. Process 30 seconds or until
mixture is smooth/creamy. Store covered in refrig. Serve with apple slices,
grapes or oranges. Makes 1 cup.
