Apple Muffins
- 1/4 c Apple sauce
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
- 1 Egg white, beaten
- 1 1/4 c Flour
- 1 ts BS
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1/4 ts Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c Chopped apples (these need
- To be small pieces or the
- Muffins
- Tend to fall apart).
Add apples at the end and fold in gently. Can add raisins if you like.
Bake at 350 for 20 min. Makes 8 muffins.
