Apricot Mustard Glazed Chicken Breasts

  • 1/3 c Honey mustard or dijon
  • -mustard
  • 3 tb Apricot preserves
  • 1 ts Ground ginger
  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken
  • -breast halves; about 1
  • -pound
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on
chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture
frequently until done.
