Artichoke Dip #6
- 2 cn Artichoke hearts; chopped
- 1 c Mayonnaise (not Miracle
- -Whip)
- 1 c Parmesan cheese

I usually sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese and some paprika on the
top.
Combine everything (I put this is a quiche dish or pie plate) and bake at
350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the top starts to
lightly brown.
I serve it with Wheat Thins crackers.
This is ALWAYS the first dish gone at parties.
