Bacon and Cheese Waffles
- 1 Egg
- 1 c Milk
- 1 c (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tb Butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c Pancake or biscuit/baking
- -mix
- 6 To 8 bacon strips, cooked
- -and crumbled
- 1 c (4 oz.) shredded cheddar
- -cheese
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in
pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated
waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
