Baked Carrots

  • 1/2 Tsp; nutmeg
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 2 c Sliced carrots
  • 3 tb Butter
In 1-1/2 quart casserole, mix dry ingredients with water. Add carrots and
dot with butter. Cook, covered, 9 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking
time. Rest 5 minutes.
