Baked Carrots
- 1/2 Tsp; nutmeg
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1/4 c Water
- 2 c Sliced carrots
- 3 tb Butter
In 1-1/2 quart casserole, mix dry ingredients with water. Add carrots and
dot with butter. Cook, covered, 9 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking
time. Rest 5 minutes.
