Baked Ducks
- 4 Ducks
- 1 Orange
- 1 Apple
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 c Melted butter
- 1/2 c Cooking wine
Salt and pepper ducks. Stuff each with 1/4 orange, 1/4 apple and 1/4 onion;
place in roasting pan. Combine butter and wine. Pour over ducks. Bake at
350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until tender, basting every 15 minutes. Serve
with wild rice, a vegetable and an orange-flavored congealed salad.
