Barbecue Chicken
- 3 lb Broiler-fryer, cut into
- -serving pieces
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 tb Paprika
- 1 ts Sugar
- 2 tb Finely chopped onion
- 8 oz Can tomato sauce
- 2 tb Firm packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tb Butter
- 1/4 c Vinegar
1. Wash chicken pieces and pat dry. Set aside. 2. In a deep, 2 1/2-quart,
heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, combine remaining ingredients
except chicken. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes, stirring
occasionally. 4. Add chicken pieces to sauce and heat, covered, in
Microwave Oven 12 minutes. Stir. 5. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven an
additional 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.
