Barbecue Sauce
- 1 c Ketchup
- 1/4 c Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c White vinegar
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 1/2 ts Celery seed
- 1/4 ts Salt
- Dash garlic powder
- Dash pepper
- 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 ts Prepared horseradish
- 1 md Onion, chopped
1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with waxed
paper.
2. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until hot; stir once.
Yield: about 1-1/2 cups.
