Barbecued Meat Loaf
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Pork
- 2 tb Chopped Onion
- 1/2 c Dry Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 c Milk
- 2 Eggs; Beaten
- 2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/2 Dill Pickle; Chopped
- 3 tb Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c Ketchup
- 1 ts Kitchen Bouquet
Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350
degrees.
