Basil-Sesame Dressing
- 1 Garlic clove; minced
- 3 tb Rice vinegar
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Grated Parmesan or Asiago
- -cheese
- 1/4 c Chopped fresh basil
- 2 tb Chopped Italian parsley
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 1/2 ts Sesame oil
- Pepper; to taste
Whisk together all ingredients. Add pepper.
Yield: 3/4 cup.
