Bc's Peppery Teriyaki Marinade
- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 2 tb Water
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 ts Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 ts Coarsely ground pepper
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 1/2 cup.
