Bc's Rosemary-Wine Marinade
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 tb Chopped fresh rosemary
- Or 1 t dried rosemary
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c Dry red wine or grape juice
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Heat oil in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook rosemary and garlic
in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is tender; remove from heat. Stir
in wine, sugar, salt and pepper.
