Bc's Spicy Wine Marinade

  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1 ts Dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 ts Ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 1 cup.
