Beaumont Inn Bourbon Sauce

3 /4 cup

  • 1 c Granulated sugar
  • 6 tb Butter; melted
  • 1/2 c Buttermilk
  • 1 tb (or more!) bourbon
  • 1/2 ts Baking soda
  • 1 tb White corn syrup
  • 1 ts Vanilla

In a sauce pan mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Serve
warm.
