Beef or Venison Hash
- 2 tb Bacon drippings
- 1 lg Onion, chopped
- 3 c Cooked, chopped beef or>>
- Venison roast.
- 2 Med. potatoes cut in 16 pcs.
- 2 tb Flour
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 3 c Beef broth
- 1/4 ts Black pepper
- 1/4 ts Seasoned salt
- 1/2 tb Chili powder
Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add four and brown. Add broth
and other ingredients. Let simmer until tender.
