Beer Cheese Spread
- 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese;
- -shredded & softened
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded &
- -softened
- 1/2 c Beer
- 1 ts Garlic powder
- 1/2 ts Dry mustard
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty, zip-top blastic bag; push air out
of bag, and seal.
Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended and of spreading consistency.
Serve with bagel chips.
