Benihana Salad Dressing
- 1/4 c Onion; chopped
- 1/4 c Peanut oil
- 2 tb Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tb Water
- 1 tb Ginger root; chopped,
- 1 tb Celery; chopped
- 1 tb Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 ts Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 ts Sugar
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 1 ds Salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost
smooth. Per serving: 91 calories, 3 g protein 9 g. fat, 2 g. carb., 230 mg.
