Best Spinach Dip

1 pk Frozen chopped spinach;
-thawed; well-drained
1 1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Mayonnaise
1 cn Water chestnuts; chopped
-fine

Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Easy,
quick & delicious.
