Black Bean Dip
- 1 c Cooked Black Beans
- 1/4 c Minced Carrot
- 1/4 c Minced Celery
- 1 ts Garlic Salt
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 ts Cumin
- 1/2 ts Coriander
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 c Sour Cream
- 1 tb Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Cilantro for Garnish
In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. Add remaining
whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well. Cover,and chill 20
minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
