Black Bean Salad

  • 1 cn (15 oz.) black beans
  • 1 sm Can sliced water chestnuts
  • (8oz )
  • 1/2 c Frozen kernel corn
  • 1/2 c Sliced red and green bell
  • Pepper
  • 1 Handful of bulghur wheat
  • (coarse-grind)
  • 1 ts Water-pack chopped garlic
  • 1 ts (scant) chili pepper
  • 1 ds Mustard powder
Fluff bulghur in water. Mix all ingredients; warm through to blend flavors
and thaw.

Comments: This was good, but would be better with less water chestnuts.
Nice blend of flavors and textures.
