Black Bean Salad
- 1 cn (15 oz.) black beans
- 1 sm Can sliced water chestnuts
- (8oz )
- 1/2 c Frozen kernel corn
- 1/2 c Sliced red and green bell
- Pepper
- 1 Handful of bulghur wheat
- (coarse-grind)
- 1 ts Water-pack chopped garlic
- 1 ts (scant) chili pepper
- 1 ds Mustard powder
Fluff bulghur in water. Mix all ingredients; warm through to blend flavors
and thaw.
Comments: This was good, but would be better with less water chestnuts.
