Blue Cheese Dip #1
- 1 c Creamy cottage cheese
- 4 oz Blue cheese; crumbled
- 1/3 c Cream
- 1/4 sm Onion
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 ts Red pepper
- 6 Sprigs parsley
Put all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend on high speed until smooth,
stopping to stir if necessary. Makes 1-3/4 cups.
