Blue Cheese Walnut Spread
- 4 oz Blue cheese; softened
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 2 tb Butter
- 2 tb Sherry
- 1/4 c English walnuts; chopped
Beat cheeses and butter together. Add sherry and walnuts.
Serving Ideas : Serve with assorted crackers and French bread.
