  • 4 tb Margarine, pareve
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 ts Orange peel, grated
  • 1/2 c Brandy
  • 8 Med.yams,cooked,peel,slice>>
  • OR
  • 2 1 lb.canned yams, drained>>
  • Sliced.
Melt margarine in large skillet. Add sugar and stir over low heat until
melted. Add yams, orange peel, and brandy and cook over low heat 15 min.
basting yams frequently.
