Broccoli Cheese Pie 2
- 1 9-inch pie crust; or bread
- -crust
- 1 Onion; chopped
- 2 1/2 c Broccoli; sliced
- 1 c Cheddar cheese; grated
- 3/4 c Skim milk
- 2 Eggs; beaten
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Mustard powder
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Saute onions and put into crust., Add broccoli, then cheese. Mix remaining
ingredients and pour over. Bake 45 min. at 375F.
