Broccoli/ham Ring
- 1 c Frozen broccoli; thawed,
- -finely chopped
- 1 sm Onion; finely chopped
- 1/4 lb Cooked ham; chopped
- 1/2 c Fresh parsley; chopped
- 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
- 2 tb Dijon mustard
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 2 cn Crescent rolls
To prepare filling, mix all ingredients (except for rolls) together.
Separate dough into triangles, make a ring shape with dough points sticking
out both sides. Spread filling in center of the ring, wrap dough points
over filling and tuck them under at opposite side. Bake at 375 degrees for
25 minutes.
