Grated
2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 pn Baking powder
1/3 c Cocoa
1/2 c Oil
2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped nuts -- optional

Mix ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 35 minutes
