Buffalo Cheese Spread
- 1/4 c Durkee Hot Sauce; plus 2 T.
- 12 oz Sharp cheddar cheese;
- -shredded
- 4 oz Blue cheese; crumbled
- 8 oz Cream cheese; softened
- 1/3 c Margarine or butter;
- -softened
Combine Hot sauce and other ingredients in food processor or mixer. Beat
until smooth. Chill. Remove 20 minutes before serving. Yields 5 cups.
