Cabbage and Noodles
- 1/2 Head cabbage; shredded
- 4 Green onions; chopped
- 1 pk Chinese noodles; (chow mein
- -style)
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1/2 c Salad oil
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 3 tb Wine vinegar
- 1 pk Noodles; chicken flavored
Mix well. Pour over first 3 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Just before
serving, add: 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/2 c. slivered almonds. Toast sesame
seeds and almonds before adding to overnight mixture.
