Cabbage and Noodles

  • 1/2 Head cabbage; shredded
  • 4 Green onions; chopped
  • 1 pk Chinese noodles; (chow mein
  • -style)
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1/2 c Salad oil
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 3 tb Wine vinegar
  • 1 pk Noodles; chicken flavored
Mix well. Pour over first 3 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Just before
serving, add: 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/2 c. slivered almonds. Toast sesame
seeds and almonds before adding to overnight mixture.
