Cabbage Casserole
- 1/2 Head cabbage; (medium)
- -shredded
- 1 md Onion; chopped
- 1 c Mushroom soup
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 Egg; beaten
- 1/2 c Shredded cheese
- Margarine
- 1/2 pk Keebler; (roll size) or Ritz
- -cracker crumbs
Prepare cabbage and onion. Place in slightly oiled or Pam sprayed casserole
dish. Mix soup, water and egg. Pour over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle with
crumbs. Dot with marga- rine. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 305
degrees for crispy cabbage, 45 minutes for softer cabbage.
