Cabbage Chowder
- 4 c Cabbage, shredded
- 2 c Carrots, sliced
- 3 c Potatoes, diced
- 1 tb Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1/2 ts Sugar
- 2 c Water
- 2 tb Butter
- 4 c Milk
Put all ingredients, except milk and butter, in a pot and cook over low
heat until the vegetables are done. Add the butter and milk and heat
through.
