Cabbage Meat and Rice Casserole
- 1 cn Stewed tomatoes
- 1 cn Tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c Raw rice; (1 1/2 to 2)
- 1 lb Ground meat
- 1 sm Head cabbage
- 1 sm Onion
- 1/2 Bell pepper
- 1 c Water; (1 to 1/2)
- A little butter
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a large pan. Cover and bake at 350
degrees for about 2 hours.
Suggested Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon
