Cabbage Soup
- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 cn (48-oz) V-8 juice
- 1 lb Canned tomatoes
- 1 cn (small) tomato paste
- 2 cn Kidney beans
- 2 pk Zesty Italian dressing mix
- 1 cn Rotel tomatoes and chiles
- 1 Cabbage; shredded
Brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and
simmer for 45 minutes. Add cabbage and let soak in the soup for 10 minutes;
serve.
