Cabbage Stew
- 1 Head cabbaage, coarsely
- -chopped
- 3 Or 4 large carrots, sliced
- 2 Or 3 potatoes, cubed
- -one onion, chopped
- 2 Or 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c White wine and 1/2 cup
- -water, or all water or all
- -veggie broth
- 1/2 ts Each thyme, sage, white
- -pepper or lemon pepper
- -salt to taste
Put all in large dutch oven, cover and bring to a boil, lower heat and
simmer for about 30 minutes, till all is tender. Optional, add mushrooms,
zuchinni or whatever you like.
