NOTE: Some Commerical Cajun spice mixes are now available. To make your own

teaspoons ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons ground white pepper, 2 teaspoons
cayenne, 1 teaspoon ground dried oregano, 1 teaspoon ground dried thyme,
and 1/2 teaspoon celery seed. Mix together and store in a tightly covered

NOTES : I added 1 cooked link of turkey kielbasa, sliced and 1 cup
precooked, frozen shrimp. Tasted just like jambalaya!! Also used
